At Mountney Classic, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

We use a range of trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri (formerly Hermes), and Yodel to deliver your order safely and efficiently. The carrier selected will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel.


UK Mainland (England, Scotland & Wales)

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including postcodes beginning with AB, FK17–FK21, G83, HS, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA78, PH15–PH50, ZE) are included within our UK Mainland shipping zone. However, please be aware that delivery times to these areas may be longer than standard mainland estimates.

Please note: Some carriers may not offer next-day or express services to Highlands and Islands postcodes. If an express service is unavailable to your area, we will dispatch via the fastest available method at no additional cost.


Northern Ireland

Due to the sea crossing, delivery to Northern Ireland may take slightly longer than UK Mainland. All applicable customs and duties are covered — there are no additional charges for Northern Ireland deliveries.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting a missing parcel.
